Returns Policy

When you place your order through the online store https://www.rockdeal.gr/, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order by calling 6944585483

Transport of returned products

For any return of your products, you can send us your request in writing by e-mail to info@rockdeal.gr. For any information you need, you can contact us by consulting the contact details on our site. The products you want to return must be in excellent condition, with closed packaging.

The cost of returning the products is free with BOX NOW.

If you wish to return your order with a courier of your choice, you will bear the cost.

In case you open the product packaging, you must ensure that it is returned in perfect condition, together with all the parts it consists of.

You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store or to the transport company or courier company. In case the delivered products are proven to be defective, you reserve the right to return and replace them at our own shipping costs. In case they are not returned within 15 days, then our company may not accept any return or replacement of the product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in relation to the product warranty terms, are recognized in any case

Refund of the value of returned products

Provided that you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way as you made the original transaction unless you wish another return method for which you must inform us in writing. The refund of the value of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be made after you inform us in writing of the request to return the products and we accept their return as well as after the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport/courier company.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized (Private Label Products)

• the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements
